Limited Warranty – USA & Canada

Valid only in the United States of America and Canada.

DynaMount LLC warrants DynaMount products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year (two years for gen2 X2-R Series products) from the date of original purchase, and agrees to repair or, at our option replace any defective unit without charge for either parts or labor. This warranty is valid for DynaMount products purchased and delivered within the U.S./Canada for the original purchaser only. The purchaser’s Bill of Sale will serve as proof of sale and warranty validity in the U.S/ Canada. Shipment of defective items to DynaMount for repair will be at the customer’s own risk and expense. DynaMount will assume the return shipping cost for all items repaired under warranty.

IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, failure to follow payload weight and size restrictions, loss of parts, failure to mount the product to an adequately sturdy support/stand, damage due to force majeure or natural forces, or inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers. It also does not cover minor cosmetic defects such as scratches that do not affect functionality. DynaMount will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of time or damage to other products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

General Service Procedures – USA & Canada

For the USA & Canada, an RMA# IS REQUIRED for DynaMount repair service. Please email support@dynamount.com and request a service authorization prior to sending out for any repairs. You will be required to provide proof of purchase before an RMA# will be granted. Please be sure to display the RMA# on the outside of the box for any unit you send in for repair. Any shipments received without an RMA# will be rejected and returned.


Limited Warranty – All Other Countries

Invalid in United States of America and Canada

DynaMount LLC warrants DynaMount products against evident defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year (two years for gen2 X2-R Series products) from the date of original purchase for use. This warranty does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, failure to follow payload weight and size restrictions, loss of parts, failure to mount the product to an adequately sturdy support/stand, damage due to force majeure or natural forces, or inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers. It also does not cover minor cosmetic defects such as scratches that do not affect functionality.  DynaMount will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of time or damage to other products. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

Wear of parts due to normal use is not covered by this warranty.

To ensure the easiest possible process for warranty repairs and replacement please submit the warranty form found at dynamount.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase. A sales slip will be required for all warranty work. Shipment of the defective item for repair under this warranty will be at the customer’s own risk and expense. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser as the final user only. DynaMount LLC will, at DynaMount LLC’s option, repair or replace items returned for repair under this Warranty.

Guarantee service is available only in the region of original purchase.

In some countries, product liability legislation may give you other rights beyond the scope of this warranty. Where this applies, such rights shall replace the rights and conditions stated in this warranty.

In the rare event that a unit is in need of warranty repairs, customers in certain countries may either be shipped the necessary replacement parts (along with instructions) at no cost, or for more extensive repairs the unit can be sent to either our European distributor, to one of our partners/associates located around Europe, or to DynaMount LLC directly in the USA.
