The LyxPro 1.5ft right angle cable and Latch Lake Thread Extender are especially useful on dual-axis models as they provide extra clearance for the XLR cable over the bottom axis. This can be necessary when using mics that have the XLR connection on the bottom such as an AKG 414 or Royer 121.
